What is IDX?

IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the only NAR approved method for you to advertise aggregated MLS listings within your office/agent web page.

Who qualifies for IDX?

• You must be an active licensed subscriber of the PPMLS to qualify for IDX.
• IDX is not available for appraiser or affiliate users of the PPMLS.

IDX Rules? (please refer to Section 18 of the PPMLS Rules & Regulations for more details)

• Your website must be prominently branded for the company and REALTOR®
• Your website must contain clearly visible contact information
• You must display the listing office name on each listing advertised
• You must display RSC’s disclaimer and logo where IDX content is present

• ListHub - Contact your Employing Broker to see which ListHub "Channels" your office is subscribed to.
  
  • If your office does not have a ListHub account, ask your Employing Broker to sign up at www.ListHub.com or by calling 1-877-560-0171
  • Please Note: ListHub Accounts must be created by the Employing Broker.
• Agent and Office Branded Websites (IDX) - These branded websites are owned by PPMLS Licensed Subscribers

How do I implement IDX?

• You can incorporate the IDX Configuration iFrame into your own branded Web Site. This video will explain the process.
• You can enlist the services of our IDX Technology Partners who are licensed to use PPMLS content for IDX Solutions.

How much does IDX cost?

• The IDX Configuation iFrame in PPMLS Matrix™ is a member benefit available at no charge
• IDX Technology Partners set their own subscription fees; There is no additional charge to you from RSC when using this option
• The Broker webAPI Subscription starts at $50 per month

IDX Frame powered by PPMLS Matrix™

The IDX Configuration tool in PPMLS Matrix™ allows you to create an iFrame that can be used on an existing branded website.

The IDX Frame powered by PPMLS Matrix™ is for you if:

• You already have a branded website
• You would like to make MLS listings searchable on your existing website
• You like services that are FREE
