Licensed in Real Estate since 1987, I offer over 39 years of Real Estate experience. Originally licensed in Northern Virginia, I relocated to Colorado in 1991to the Teller County area. I acquired a small Real Estate Company in 1994and managed over 15 agents as well as remained an active real estate broker myself. A large real estate firm purchased my company in 1997which allowed me to dedicate 100% to my real estate sales. During the spring of 1999 I completed the education required to become a licensed appraiser. Although I am not active as an appraiser, this provides me with more knowledge of property values. I joined the Prudential team in 2000. With Prudential I achieved being in the top 6% in sales of Prudential agents nation wide. I joined ReMax Performance in 2006 which provided me with more opportunity to excel with new homes sales in addition to my re sale business. Just recently, have joined a new branch office of The Cutting Edge, Realtors in 2021. I have been awarded production awards each and every year of my licensure time and I do very much enjoy my career in real estate!
