Born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Chad Penkhus brings nearly 20 years of customer service experience to the Penkhus Properties RE/MAX Real Estate Group. After graduating from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Business and Marketing, he worked in his family's automobile business performing in multiple positions in sales, finance and service.
One of Chad's greatest assets that contribute to his success is his personal commitment to his clients and to his profession. He will always go above and beyond to satisfy the goals and needs of his clients, and will always strive for the highest level of professionalism while maintaining a friendly and down-to-earth approach.
Chad grew up on his grandfather's ranch working with horses; he is an accomplished pilot, scuba diver, enjoys boating and also volunteers with the local law enforcement.
