Vanessa Bivens has been a real estate broker for more than 25 years. Vanessa has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, relocation companies, and banks in the residential market. She makes it a practice to continue her education to best serve her clients. Typically she is engaged in two or more classes a month to stay current with the newest marketing tools and trends. She recently received the Certified Residential Specialist Designation the most recognized and prestigious designation in the industry awarded to less than 3% of Realtors.
She has extensive experience in both new construction and resale homes and has personally worked with contractors to extensively remodel several homes. She and her husband have owned commercial, residential rental property, and vacation homes for 15 years, both domestically and in Mexico. This experience has provided first hand understanding of the complexity of long-distance remodeling, buying, and selling.
