I’d love to introduce myself and my new business, Lillard Realty Group. I know you get a lot of real estate mail, but I promise, I’m not your average agent. Real estate has been in my blood since childhood, growing up in Oklahoma surrounded by custom home builders—my father and grandfather. My husband and I flipped houses prior to the recession and afterward I became a licensed Realtor® in Georgia in 2013, working with top brokerages like Berkshire Hathaway and Atlanta Communities.
In 2021, my husband Todd and I moved to South Fork, Colorado, a place we’ve loved for decades. I managed a local real estate office and led their marketing efforts before opening my own brokerage, Lillard Realty Group, in 2024. My goal is to grow Lillard Realty Group to highly professional six-member team/group over the next two years, serving the San Luis Valley.
What sets me apart? I’m passionate about educating my clients and advocating for them. Unlike many Colorado agents who work as transaction brokers (meaning they don’t fully represent either side), I believe in fully representing my clients throughout the process.
