She holds Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Southern Colorado in Mass Communications and Sociology and has professional experience in state and local government, grant writing, and nonprofit work. This background allows her to approach real estate with both strategy and compassion. Megan firmly believes that homeownership is a powerful tool for building stability, opportunity, and generational wealth, and she is passionate about empowering people throughout their real estate journey.

Family and service are at the heart of Megan’s values. She is married to fellow agent Joel Moffitt, and together they have five wonderful children and two grandsons. Their oldest daughter and her family are local small business owners, their oldest son proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and their middle daughter is currently serving in the U.S. Navy, while their younger children are still in school.
